01Contact support

TimeTill is built and supported by Andrii Kolisnyk, an independent developer based in Ukraine. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — messages come to me and I answer them myself.

Email — kolisnyk7@gmail.com. I usually reply within 24–48 hours.

Write about anything: a bug, a question, a feature you want, or a privacy request. To get a useful answer faster, include:

  • your device (iPhone, iPad or Mac) and its iOS or macOS version;
  • the TimeTill version, shown at the bottom of the app’s settings;
  • what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.

02Common questions

A reminder did not arrive

Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS, and iOS decides when to show them. Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → TimeTill, that Focus or Do Not Disturb was not active, and that the device was not in Low Power Mode. iOS also caps how many notifications an app may have scheduled at once, so a very large number of events can crowd later ones out. Do not rely on TimeTill as the only reminder for something that genuinely cannot be missed.

My widget is not updating

Widgets are refreshed by iOS on its own schedule, not on demand, so a countdown can lag by a few minutes. If it is stuck for longer, remove the widget and add it again, which forces a fresh timeline. Check too that Background App Refresh is enabled in Settings → General → Background App Refresh.

My events are not syncing between devices

Sync uses your own iCloud account, so both devices must be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on, and TimeTill must be enabled under Settings → your name → iCloud. Sync also needs a network connection on both ends and is not instant. If one device is missing events, open TimeTill on it while online and give it a moment.

Can I use TimeTill without an account?

Yes. An account is entirely optional — it exists only to sync preferences and data across devices. Everything else works without one.

How do I delete my account and my data?

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, or email me and I will do it. Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. See the Privacy Choices page for the full picture of what is deleted and what Apple keeps.

Can I add a photo to an event?

Yes — pick a cover image when creating or editing an event. iOS shows you its own picker and hands TimeTill only the single image you choose; the rest of your library is never read.

03Purchases and subscriptions

Everything you buy in TimeTill is billed by Apple, not by me. That means Apple holds the payment details and Apple issues the refunds — but it also means the controls are in one predictable place.

  • Cancel a subscription — open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then pick the app and Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have paid for runs to its end.
  • Deleting TimeTill does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first, or it keeps renewing.
  • Restore a purchase on a new device — reinstall TimeTill, open it while signed in to the same Apple Account, and use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings.
  • Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Only Apple can return the money, but email me first if something went wrong and I will help where I can.

If a purchase does not unlock after restoring, email me with the date of purchase and I will look into it.

04Privacy, data and legal

  • Privacy policy — what is collected, why, and who receives it.
  • Privacy choices — how to access, export or delete your data.
  • Terms of use — the rules, including subscriptions and liability.
  • Privacy requests — email kolisnyk7@gmail.com. I answer within 30 days.
