TimeTill Terms and Conditions

01Who we are

TimeTill is a countdown application that helps you track important events, deadlines and milestones with customisable visual themes and typography options. It is built and published by Andrii Kolisnyk, an independent developer based in Ukraine.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TimeTill. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

03User accounts

• You may use TimeTill without creating an account.
• Creating an account is optional, and lets you save preferences and sync data across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing kolisnyk7@gmail.com.

04App usage

You agree to use TimeTill only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• use the app in any way that violates local, national or international law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app’s systems;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any part of the app;
• use the app for commercial purposes without our written consent.

05Third-party services

TimeTill integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality:

• Analytics services — Firebase Analytics, to improve app performance.
• Cloud sync services — third-party cloud services, to sync your data across devices.

06General disclaimer

TimeTill is designed for personal organisation and reminders. That said:

• the app is not intended for critical timing applications, where failure could have significant consequences;
• we are not responsible for missed deadlines, events or notifications caused by app functionality, device settings or technical issues;
• notification delivery depends on your device settings and may not always work as expected.

07Payments and subscriptions

Some premium features are available through paid auto-renewable subscriptions, which include:

• creating unlimited colour schemes;
• access to all custom typography;
• sync across all your devices;
• helping us continue developing TimeTill.

Prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region.

• Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) under Apple’s own terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• No refunds are handled directly by TimeTill — contact Apple for refund requests.
• Subscription prices are subject to change, with notice.

08Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, logos and software in the app are the property of TimeTill or its licensors.
• You may not use, copy or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
• You retain ownership of any data you put into the app, including countdown events and personal information.

09Privacy and data collection

We collect limited personal and usage data to improve the app. For the detail of what is collected, how it is used and how it is protected, read the TimeTill Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if:

• you violate these Terms;
• we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority;
• we discontinue or significantly change the app;
• your account remains inactive for an extended period.

You may terminate your use of the app at any time by deleting it from your device and contacting us to delete your account data.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• TimeTill is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app;
• we are not responsible for third-party services such as app stores, analytics tools or cloud sync providers;
• our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

• we will notify users of material changes in-app or by email, where one has been provided;
• continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

The latest version of these Terms is always the one published at this address, and the date at the top of the page is the date it took effect.

13Apple’s role

This agreement is between you and Andrii Kolisnyk only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for TimeTill or its contents, and is not a party to these terms.

• Support. Andrii Kolisnyk is solely responsible for any maintenance and support for TimeTill. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
• Warranty. Should TimeTill fail to conform to any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Andrii Kolisnyk’s responsibility.
• Claims. Andrii Kolisnyk, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes about TimeTill — including product liability claims, any claim that TimeTill fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property. If a third party claims that TimeTill infringes its intellectual property rights, Andrii Kolisnyk, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, on your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of the app will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

For users in the EU: nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU law.

15Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
